Short Bio

Certified Life Coach, Bible Teacher, Motivational Speaker and now, the newly added title of author, Christina is also the owner of Christina Lorraine LLC, which provides life coaching services to single women looking for comfort in the dating process as well as to the everyday woman who feels overburdened and is looking for fulfillment in her life.

Longer Bio

Overcoming depression and suicidal thoughts around the age of 32 Christina knows first-hand how challenging and overwhelming life can be.  A self-professed “self-help junkie” Christina has regularly studied self-help, neuroscience and psychology for over 20 years where she has ultimately learned and is now teaching others how to Live The Life You’re Built For! ™  

An active member of Zion Chapel Church COCHUSA located in Detroit, MI under the leadership of Elder Craig E. Hancock, Christina’s passion for the younger generation is clearly seen. She is a teacher for the teenage division of Zion Chapel's Children's Church and is an active member of the Holiness Youth Ministry Auxiliary where she served two terms as the former president. A highly talented singer, Christina serves in the Zion Chapel’s Women's Choir as well as the Young Adult Ministry Singing Team called "The Voices of Zion".  She also currently holds the positions of Vice President for both her local UCWM band as well as VP of the Executive Committee for the UCWM of the Michigan-Ohio District. 

Monday- Friday, Christina is a highly sought after administrative professional and has worked in the media /communications industry for just under 20 years where she serves as the Executive Assistant to Robert Ellis, the Vice President and General Manager of WDIV-TV, the Detroit NBC Affiliate located in the heart of downtown Detroit.

When she is not reading, writing, volunteering, serving at church or working, you can find her with some of the people that she enjoys and loves the most – her family. Christina endeavors to take as much wisdom as she can from influential people in her life including both her parents Alvin and Lorraine Hardy and also tries very hard to imitate her mother in her stellar cooking talents– which also happens to be another one of Christina’s hobbies!  When she isn’t cooking, (or eating) she is hanging out with friends and generally enjoying life trying to make the most that she can out of each day.
